Any transportation service is subject to the applicable written quote, rate confirmation, bill of lading, credit approval, tariff, carrier terms, service agreement, and other governing transportation documents. If these Website Terms conflict with an applicable transportation document, the transportation document controls.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a promise or guarantee that a shipment will be accepted, picked up, delivered, tracked, monitored, insured, temperature-controlled, secured, or completed within a particular time period.

Nor’East Xpress, a Landstar Agency, is a New Jersey-based transportation and logistics company providing expedited, dedicated, truckload, temperature-controlled, airport recovery, and specialized freight solutions.
