‍Nor’East Xpress provides expedited freight, courier, and related transportation services primarily using Sprinter vans. All services are subject to these Terms, our rate confirmations, and any governing contracts.

‍2. Eligibility

‍By engaging our services, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Have the authority to contract on behalf of the company or entity you represent.
Provide accurate and complete shipment and billing information.

3. Quotes & Orders

‍Quotes provided through our website or dispatch team are estimates only and not binding until confirmed in writing.
Orders are confirmed via written rate confirmation or dispatch notice.
All shipments are subject to equipment availability and driver acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

‍Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due net 30 days from the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
Clients are responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if payment is not received.

5. Cargo & Liability

‍Nor’East Xpress maintains $1,000,000 CSL Commercial Auto Liability and $100,000 Motor Truck Cargo insurance.
Cargo claims are limited to $100,000 unless higher limits are agreed upon in writing before dispatch.
We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, accidents, government actions).

6. Customer Responsibilities

‍Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, contents, handling requirements).
Ensure cargo is properly packaged and labeled for transport.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including hazardous materials restrictions.

7. Prohibited Uses

‍You agree not to use our services for:Illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Shipments containing prohibited or restricted items under federal, state, or international law.
Misrepresentation of shipment details, weight, or contents.

8. SMS/Text Messaging

‍If you opt in, we may send SMS updates related to dispatch, delivery, or service status.

9. Intellectual Property

‍All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of Nor’East Xpress unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

Nor’East Xpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any shipment is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual value of the goods, (b) $100,000 cargo coverage limit, or (c) a higher agreed value confirmed in writing.

‍You agree to indemnify and hold Nor’East Xpress, its employees, and contractors harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of law or third-party rights.
Your misrepresentation of shipment contents.

12. Termination

‍We may suspend or terminate services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, fail to pay invoices, or engage in unlawful activity.

‍13. Governing Law

‍These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

‍14. Changes to Terms

‍We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.
